Hello, everyone. I'm considering renting a house sa Westgate, Palalan. Is there anything that I should be aware of? Current issues sa tubig, brownout, baha and security sa subdivision mismo? Any comments regarding sa community, sa mga silingan ug general population ani nga subdivision?

Nakita nako sa Grab nga dili gaabot ilang car service didto. Any alternatives? Naa raman mi sakyanan but there are days nga kapuyan ko ug drive and my go-to is mag grab car na lang.
