In Xavier Estates, you have dog owners letting their pets poop anywhere without picking up after them, neighbors just throwing garbage thereabouts, car owners not complying with parking rules, and top it off with HOA letting them get away with these things. Walay discipline + HOA looking the other way = unchecked squammies.

Since wala pa ko’y gakakita na review saila new menu items (Taste of Korea) in PH subs, gisulayan nalang nako out of curiosity sad, since limited edition sad siya, why not? Haha.
Review:
🍔 Yangnyeom Double Cheeseburger (4/5) - Di kaayo nako ma-describe ang lasa sa sauce, murag na’y pagka-ketchup or barbecue na lasa pero lami ra sad siya. Na-timingan sad daghan ang sauce ilang gibutang. Naa sad bits of onion sa bottom bun.
Can say nga ganahan ra ko pero sayang wala sila’y one patty lang nga version ani kay mahalan ra ko for a burger (ug dili lang sad ko hilig double patty burgers).
🍟 Galbi Shake Shake Fries (4/5) - Lasa siya ug Texan BBQ na powder sa Tater’s/BBQ popcorn sa SM Cinema hahah pero medyo na’y pagka-halang. Lami ra siya pero dili kung new jud nga flavor. Naintriga lang ko kay tungod Galbi (Korean short ribs) daw pero mas lami pa siguro ang Honey Butter kaysa ani. Not really missing out if dili nimo ma-try.
Basin naa moy ipatrabaho diha sa inyong mga panimalay like, magbasok, hakot, limpyu, o bisag unsa basta tarong lang kay need jud nako ron extra kwarta para sa akong pamilya. Salamat kaayo.
