This was honestly a disappointing read for me, but definitely to each their own. Binigyan ko lang ng chance kahit andaming mixed reviews yet it somehow got a 4-star average rating on Goodreads.

I’ve tried The Housemaid din, about halfway through pero ‘di ko pa rin gaanong bet so far.

I’ve read people comparing Freida McFadden as the “Shein/fast fashion of writing” but I’m willing pa rin to give it the benefit of the doubt. Parang sobrang simplified din ung nakuha kong vibe sa The Housemaid.

Are her books really meant to be a palate cleanser lang ba or easy read from other books? Or may gripping titles pa ba rin siya?

Finally got my Kindle PPW. Was so excited for this to come and got my stickers and case beforehand. It finally came after two weeks of waiting.

Normal lang ba ‘to sa mga cats? Madalas nagloloaf ung mga nakikita ko but first time I’ve seen a cat na ganito talaga madalas ung position

‼️Image not mine. But I’m curious how everyone else decorates their Kindle! Looking for inspiration sana. I’m torn between a black-and-white aesthetic or a more colorful one. I ordered some stickers na rin, and a plain case with cover.

Still haven’t decided on a pop socket. I read na maganda rin daw Strapsicle pero parang ang overpriced for me rn.

When it comes to romances, I feel like I’m too picky. Not really into the whole enemies-to-lovers trope nor fake dating. Madalas ung mga popular titles like “Better Than The Movies” na-stress lang ko sa female MC

Are there any other romances without any frustrating MCs, walang daming misunderstandings, the type na warm, “kilig” lang sana?

Preferably less sci-fi/fantasy themed

I’ve seen mixed suggestions na ‘ung iba, nilagyan ng 1-5 packets of silica gel per book na nasa loob ng OPP plastic, some just use book sleeves, yung iba naman ni-cover lang ung book without the gels sa loob pero sa shelves lang nilagay. Tho some prefer just letting the books yellow over time.

But as someone who wants to preserve the condition of their book, how do you go about yours? Nilagyan ko lang ng silica gels ung shelf ko saka may disposable dehumidifier sa likuran, tho I don’t know if mas nakakatulong ilagay mismo sa loob ng book ang silica gels.

Does anyone have any tips na guaranteed helped preserved their books for years?

All books have been recently bought (around last month/this month). Selling them to declutter and save up for a Kindle instead.

Checked Strange Buildings sa NBS and it was priced at ₱895, but in Fully Booked, it was at ₱1,063. May diperensya ba sa quality sa NBS na copy compared sa Fully Booked? I think paperbacks in general were cheaper sa NBS. Just out of curiosity lang.

Living in a small studio-type condominium and planning to get a fan sana nang maka-save. Malaki bang diperensya kapag Asahi, Panasonic, or Midea? Ang mahal kasi ng Panasonic. I appreciate any suggestions!
