Hi All,

My friend got into Johns Hopkins (JHU) direct entry MSN and she was awarded with dean’s scholarship for 45k. This still leaves her with 67k in tuition alone. She being an international student can only apply for private student loan whose interest can range from 11% to 16% (which is a lotttt compared to fed loan).

If you have any suggestions on ways she can get her tuition fees lower? She currently works as research specialist in cancer, can she work under professors as Research Assistant and get her tuition covered or lowered in anyways?
