Georgia residents stand to lose everything as homes seized by private company in $16B data center plan to power AI

We need to tell our representatives that we don't want data centers in GA! Imminent Domain was created to ensure public infrastructure projects could be completed efficiently, not to give away our property to private companies so their CEO's can increase their billions.

Entremet - Have you ever made one?

My daughter and I enjoy exercising our baking skills and learning new techniques.

Our latest adventure in baking was Entremet. A pistachio sponge, a chocolate, pistachio and Fuilletiene crunch, a Passion Fruit gelee, Pistachio mousse, and white chocolate mirror glaze. Our edges of our cake were a bit rough but overall I'm pleased with the result and they were delicious!

We've created mini layer cakes with home made marshmallow fondant and Swiss buttercream (we'd never made or used either). I posted our Eclairs about a month ago.
