Now when we buy an AH house and intend on keeping it for good which method are we supposed to use? I forgot if the correct purchase is buying by choosing the build lot or buying through the purple diamond. I just got one before they reset and it tells me I have one copy of it. Thanks in advance for any help.
Firstly I have little to no knowledge of how apartment renting works in the U.S. since I've lived overseas for the past 20 years. So bear with me. Today or yesterday my sister caught the guy from next door using the electricity outlet on our front porch to charge his phone. He claimed he had no electricity in his place and that another tenant gave him permission to use it. She doesn't know if her apartment is connected to that outlet so she had him leave.
Now the fact that he claims that his apartment has no electricity makes me wonder. Can a landlord cut the juice off cold like that or could this guy be a squatter? Any nice answers are welcomed.
