Starbucks is officially making it HARDER for Partners to get those ”precious” benefits. you literally have to work six months before you would even be able to see or have the ability to enroll in medical benefits. And with this now rolling audit period, which sounds shady as fuck; Good Luck. The 240 or 3 month rule is a scam, you then have to technically wait an additional 2 months just to enroll and God knows once you enroll you may have to wait an additional 30 days for those to kick in! What a literal fucking disaster. 😞
