Hi Everyone,

I created a scenario utilizing Pralana Online (paid sub) and the results were surprising. The Monte Carlo and historic simulations show a 100% chance of success. I’ve tripled checked my inputs, ensured correct real vs. nominal rates, included lumpy one-time expenses, and still the same outcome. I gave similar inputs to Nestwise with the same outcome.

I wanted to use Projection Lab (trial only) as a second opinion engine. PL suggests my plan is non-viable. Is there some reason Pralana would be so optimistic? Maybe the deterministic character of the program itself?

I suspect Pralana/PL are handling a core variable differently. Then again, I haven’t paid for PL, so maybe it doesn’t have the requisite details?

Any insights on where to dig first would be greatly appreciated.
