Greetings all,
So this morning I noticed my son's computer was still running windows 10, so I engaged the migration procedure.
Of course that requires secure boot, I have dealt with in on several computers but still checked google to make sure I did things right in the bios.
Well apparently I fucked something up because now the PC won't boot...
Fans start on powerup, then ramp down and computer boots again, nothing on screen.
I tried resetting the bios : remove battery, CLR_CMOS jumper, keep power button on for 30 seconds and of course retried everything and let it sit unpowered for an hour.
Still won't boot...
I removed all usb devices (but the keyboard) and also tried keeping only one stick of ram for good measure. No dice.
Is the motherboard bricked ? Any ideas ?
