Have the city police given up?
I was up on Brookline Blvd last night and there were two kids on dirt bikes zooming around. At one point, the bikes cut in front of and rode around two city police SUV's. The police sat there, watched, and then continued their slow patrol. Have they given up?
Related, how strictly are city police enforcing any moving violation at this point?
