Burned my hand on a hot pan yesterday and this is after one day. I immediately cooled the burn and applied burn creme and have been doing so every few hours. Should i seek medical attention or just keep doing what i've been doing keeping the wound sterile and moist with creme?

I don't have any pain at all.
