Okay hi uh, I've been self harming through cutting for quite some times now but never deeper than the dermis layer. I do plan on seeking medical attention incase I'll underestimate something and "accidentally" cut deeper.
Now my questions are how I could maybe take care of the wound(s) until I'm in the ER (or something) since I usually cut at night and maybe plan on going there after school perhaps? Just so my parents won't find out.
And my second question would be if the people in the ER are allowed to inform my parents? I mean my mother has seen my state before but she kinda bought into it when I told her it was an accident.
I'm really bad at writing this kind of stuff so don't be mean about it please. Also maybe take this as a harm reduction question as well
