Which would be better, to put a lvl 300 invincible in 1 and thragg in 3, or to put my lvl 220 thragg in 1 and invincible in 3.

Thanks to the new arts event, my whole team has reached max level for their current rank. Now that I have some more xp and chips, should I start leveling some of my other characters up for stuff like gda ops or should I start saving up for when I get some of my team ranked up?
