hi! im pretty much set on applying to UF in the fall, so i have a couple questions i wanna ask beforehand 😅

1. i saw the out of state transfer ban, would that affect me applying as an incoming freshman?
2. im looking in a major in film and digital film and television production & media production, management and technology look pretty similar. which would be better to learn how to produce, direct, film, etc.?
