I just saw this bus driver drove off despite the passenger already infront of the door at one stop. That old lady just slap the window because of this. The bus not full btw. Tons of spaces too.

Does waiting for 1 minute is such a catastrophe that you can't even spare that?

Or is this new SOP by rapidkl whereby once the door's closed it's closed?
