I’m trying to figure out the right attic door I need so I can replace my old one. The door itself is measured at 2’ wide and approximately 53” long. The area where the ladder is anchored into measures the same. Most, if not all, replacement doors I see online are 22.5” wide or 25” wide and ether 43” or 55” long. I know the rough opening measurement is between the joists but that’s the same measurement.
