So I haven't played the game since like 2023 (atleast before dynamax raids) and I was wonder what has changed in the game?

I kind of want to get back into the game again, but I feel a little lost as to what I missed or things that might have changed.

The last thing I can remember I think was researches for origin forme dialga and palkia?
