How much incontinence is too much incontinence?

Over the last month or so, I've had way more close calls and actual accidents than I ever have before.

I'm currently on Rinvoq, I don't eat the best because every time I attempt a vegetable I implode (and explode). I also freely admit I'm overweight and use junk food (carbs) as a coping mechanism.

I had an ileocecectomy with complications a few years ago, doing pretty good now except for these "leakage" incidents. It's not full blown pooping my pants, but definitely enough to necessitate changing clothes and wearing adult diapers to bed in case, god forbid, I shart in my sleep.

I guess I'm wondering, is this just part of the joys of Crohn's or should I be raising alarms to my doctor?

Found in a historical cemetery!

I was doing a cleanup of a local cemetery and found this guy under a huge pile of leaves. I am not brave enough to eat mushrooms that I "identify".

Does this discoloration happen from ginger?

Hi there! Ordered sushi for lunch and noticed the piece of salmon was much more chewy and stringy than usual. I had to remove the piece from my mouth to figure out why I couldn't chew through it and noticed this circle on the salmon.

Have you ever seen something like this before? I heard the ginger can "cook" the fish but for obvious reasons I don't want to keep eating it if it has spoiled. There is no foul odor though.
