Please help me on how to sew sleeves so organza does not irritate my daughter underarm ?

I am new here. Could you please help me find places in Agra where I can get something like these?

I have attached reference images to show the style I’m looking for. I prefer something subtle and elegant, not too blingy, rather more calm and minimal. Should I try biba shop ?

Last time I tried organza my daughter said it pricks her underarm.

- Should I add sleeve or what should i do to avoid this.

- Is the skirt full circle skirt or half ?

- I am thinking three layers for bodice, cotton then satin then organza. Should I make inside also satin so it doesnt irritate her skin.

-how much height difference roughly, is between top and bottom layer of skirt ?

-I think only two organza layer is there and one satin probably. I am thinking to add can-can on cotton linnin inside.
