Hello! Any one here who experienced the same when signing up to the app?

Inask ko na yung staff sa home branch and ang initial solution niya ay magpalit na lang daw ako ng number which does not sound fair… because di man lang nag-effort magcontact sa support nila to know the reason.

So I clicked the help button instead to email the support, followed their instructions but it is still not working. I replied to them but I am not getting response na.
