this rotala blood red used to grow beautifully, super red and grew super fast, i used a capped aquasoil substrate and put root tabs monthly, it has been running for abt 3-4 mnths now? but the rotala has been deteriorating and has green algae growing on its leaf, could yall help me identify the algae and how to treat/fix this issue 😭

so far i have lowered the light intensity and duration to 60% and 5 hours, i have also added 4 amano shrimps and bought some floating plants to kill absorb excess nutrients, i only feed the fish once every other day
