Excited to enter this new place soon

I'm not so sure about the arrangement or the style to give to the space

Is it feng shui enough or would you do it another way? Is having the couch like this a good/bad idea?

Adding a bar somewhere in the mix would be cool also.

Also any style idea ? With the wife we have a preference natural tones and would take any tip to make the space harmonious
