genuine advice appreciated :)
hello guys, na konja varushama train pannittu varen. Few years ah lot of ppl have been suggesting me to start posting fitness influencing content. Earlier i had no interest but recently i felt like why cant i try. But at the same time i really didnt like the way female influencers have been getting treated in social platforms especially with our indian male audience. Im not blaming all men, there are many men who are supportive towards supporting and encouraging female strength and fitness and i myself wouldn’t have build this physique without a man in my life im beyond grateful for all those. But you know the reality, most men only see you as an object.
Example is one influencer who is well popular in tamil female fitness community (k****s***), it really upsets me whenever i open her comment section. Not just her but many. Looking at all these, it bugs me if its really worth it knowing the consequences. I do agree there are many women just posts to fish for validation with no physique or anything just in the name of fitness/gym content they expose themselves and gain followers (im not a pick me here trying to put down other women to praise myself or smtg, im just being brutally real with this one) I have zero interest to follow that lane.
I have went through so many shit in my life. I have been bullied my entire life. Ive been called fat, gigantic, giant by my teachers, friends and boys at school. I went into depression for years, i have even thought about taking my life over this, i really hated every inch of my body. You wont even believe me for this but ive went weeks without even looking at myself in the mirror, i stopped combing my hair and washing my hair and faced hair loss due to that. I fought with my parents every day blaming them for this genetics and thought id never even find love in life. Every time i sat on my sofa i hated how tight it fit me, i stopped taking pictures and always hide in group photos praying no one else to even have a glimpse of me in their phones.
All these changed now just because of a fucking habit i sticked on to. Gym really saved my life guys i really mean it. I dont know how to even express my gratitude but the gym is like a temple to me. In my whole life i never actually spent much time and energy expect this. It was my mom and sister who dragged me to gym after covid lockdown i really joined unwillingly as i dont like ppl watching me. Now after years i feel like this is where i belong and i got nowhere to go apart from here. Gym fucking changed my whole life in a blink. Tbh i wont say my life became all sunshines and rainbows suddenly as i became fit, lean and muscular. I lost all my friends as we dont share same goals on life anymore.
But i still think im grateful for this transformation. The girl who hated every inch of her body now loves to look at herself every fucking second and strives hard to push more and perform better. Ennala olunga oru object ah tight ah kuda pudikka mudiyathu ithukku munnadi, now i can do pushups with perfect form and on my way to unlock pullups very soon. I realised it was never my genetics at fault. It was just the lifestyle. I have inspired so many women around me already to chase their true potentials, i do wish to do same online. I know how hard it is for women to build strength and physique with less testosterone and balancing hormones being a woman myself.
Do u think its worth for me to start influencing online or id leave it behind for the better? I do appreciate genuine advice.
This is actually my second post here, very sorry for the long post, i guess i got little too emotional writing here.
