Oral sex with yeast infection

Please read before you are too grossed out! I am a 40F and I have only had one other yeast infection in my life. Without knowing I had a yeast infection my husband went down on me and we also had intercourse. I thought I was having sensitivity from using toilet paper to stay dry while ovulating and I didn’t have access to a pad. We are on vacation so I don’t have my normal toiletries. This morning I realized I have a full blown yeast infection. I already called my doctor and have already taken my first dose of meds to clear it up. My question is….. has anyone had this happen and their partner got thrush or a penile yeast infection? I’m so freaked out that he could get infected now. He acted like it’s not a big deal but I just want to be prepared on what to do if that happens. Please tell me I’m not the only one this has happened to!!! Slightly freaking out and pissed that this is happening on vaca!!

Walking in 91 degrees is not for the faint of heart. 🔥🥵☀️

So hot. I do like the extra sweat/calorie burn but I don’t love getting blasted by the sun. Will be walking early or once the sun is down from now until fall. Do you guys like walking in the heat?

Hit 20k today!

Took about 3.5 weeks to work up to it and it felt great. I really felt stronger today and noticed I had way more endurance. Hills were not as hard and body/feet didn’t ache as much. I did 6 miles during my walk and the rest was just cleaning up the house, etc. Definitely felt the walkers high today! 🤩

Keeping feet dry on rainy walks!

Was so enjoying the overcast, rainy walk until my feet became soaked. I have to wear my walking shoes or I will have problems and they are not waterproof. Any tips I don’t know about??

Tips for avoiding blisters long distance & hot/sweaty

I’ve never really had to deal with blisters up until this point because my feet stay fairly dry but with summer approaching I am beginning to walk in 90+ degree, humid weather and my feet and sweating and therefore blisters are happening rapidly. 😫 What are your tips and tricks?! I applied some anti-chaffing antiperspirant today and it didn’t seem to help.

Can’t wait to walk tomorrow 😆

I’ve rested from a slight injury all day and praying to be back out tomorrow. I can’t wait and am giddy from the excitement. LOL! Walking does wonders for mind, body and soul. Picture from the most beautiful trail with my puppy girl. 🐶 🐾

How has walking changed your life?

I have always loved walking but have never been very consistent at it until recently. I am a Christian and I prayed and asked God for help with my binge eating and PMDD which lead to depression, rage, irritability and weight gain. Shortly after I did, I got an answer. I audibly heard, “all you have to do is walk”. I understand that may seem insane to some but this is what happened. I did not believe this totally until recently when I discovered that walking has a snowball effect. Mental benefits, then craving control, then mood stability, then weight-loss, then even some euphoria. Wow. Is it true? All you have to do is walk? I think so! What have you experienced on your walking journey? I love reading what others have to say because it’s so exciting!!
