The Uncharted was announced in Australia last week but there's nothing to test drive yet, so I'm trying to figure out if it's the right call over the Solterra.

It looks great on paper for us - no kids, one dog, no real need for a big SUV - but I'm a bit worried about rear legroom without being able to sit in one first. I'm 6'4" (194cm) so the driver's seat ends up a long way back, and even though adults in the back will be pretty rare, I don't want it to be completely unusable back there.

We've test driven the Solterra and really liked it, but honestly it feels like more car than we need.
