I saw it like three weeks ago in Pleasanton and thankfully bought 3 packs (and should've bought more! 😭), and then the very next week it was out of stock everywhere I looked in San Antonio and Houston (I was out of town). I'm sad because it was suuuuuch a great cut and I can't find it anywhere now! It has pissed me off for years that HEB doesn't sell chuck eye and I have to get it at Walmart, and then I finally find wagyu chuck eye, and they stop selling it! 😭

I've been on Ozempic 8 months now and haven't lost a pound, which is really annoying. Has anyone seen their appetite INCREASE? I'm now on the 1.0 dose and I'm RAVENOUS all the time. Every time I eat I'm starving again an hour or 2 later. Like, stomach growling loudly, throat fizzing kind of hungry. It's weird and so frustrating when I have 200 pounds to lose. I feel broken. Am I alone? I don't know what to do. I've tried Mounjaro and that didn't work for me at all (sent me to the ER twice), should I try something else or up my dose or just give up? I just feel sad and broken.

I've been on BiPAP for 8 years. My previous pressure was 19/16. Then my machine's "motor life exceeded" 2½ years ago, and I've been limping along with it while I begged my doctors/insurance to get off their butts, and I FINALLY I got a new one today, and now my pressure is suddenly 10/5. This does not seem like enough to me (not to mention I've gained 100 pounds since my initial setup). Why would they put my new pressure sooooo low? (It's Friday night so I can't call my doctor and ask, but I'll be doing that Monday)
