Harassment by CAA Insurance (ON)
Has anyone else had MAJOR issues with CAA borderline harassing you after a quote?
I'm used to a call the day of and one a couple days later... there's a reason my phone is on Do Not Disturb... but I've received (and from AI no less) 3 calls in under 3 hours about the quote I did today.
Frankly at this point they could be significantly cheaper (they weren't) and I'd still never do business with them, and at this point I'm even looking at moving my roadside assistance business elsewhere.
Has anyone else had this issue with them? Is this common or some sort of glitch?
