I'm going on a roadtrip from Ontario to Tupelo Mississippi along this route. What are some interesting things to see in Kentucky along the drive down/up? We're a group of 4-5 and are driving down over 2 days, and then back up over 2 days at the end of the week.

I like scenic locations, national parks, historic monuments, and anything popular.
