Frustrating upcoming changes to bill pay
This is incredibly frustrating.

"How does the "Withdraw on" date affect check payments?
We'll withdraw the money on the "Withdraw on" date, which is 5 business days before your chosen "Deliver by" date. This means we'll withdraw the money before we send the check payment to the biller."
So now I won't know when the payee has cashed my bill payment check, and money will be removed from my account 5 days prior to the delivery date when in the past the money stayed in my account until the check was cashed. This seems totally pointless and annoying. The obvious benefit to USAA is they will now "hold the float" or have access to my money for 5+ days to use for interbank loans and other purposes that don't directly benefit me. This is going to cause a lot of complaints as people try and figure out when or if their payment was processed by the entity they are paying.
