My Insane Ex is Trying To Convince Me She is Pregnant by Sending Me Fake Results. I think this is either AI or Photoshop, what do you think?

To me the text on the Today's Visit section looks to be completely fake. Does anyone have a [redacted] Wellspan Health screenshot they could compare it to?

The Today's Visit section says exactly this: "You saw Cherish Eby, PA-C on Tuesday May 19,2026. The following issues were addressed. Menstrual cycle has been irregular with cycle only lasting 1 levels were tested by strips with levels being 45mlU/ml encountering positive pregnancy result. Oral contraceptive pill surveillance, Encounter for initial prescription of vaginal ring hormonal contraceptive, and Encounter for surveillance of contraceptive pills."
