I've restarted a handful of times and always click no on the tutorial. Then I seemingly have to play through the tutorial again? Deconstruct the broken ship, go through the whole this is how you complete objectives and such. Is that the tutorial? Feels like it.

It's a trope for sure. We all know it. The hardboiled NYC detective who's so had it with his job he keeps that whiskey bottle in his nightstand.

So it had me wondering who's the biggest boozer cop in all of television?

Top of my head I would go with either McNulty from the Wire or Sipowicz from NYPD Blue.
