What a SCUMBAG company! Refused to terminate services after being told 3 times!
Back in late April I cancelled my month to month services with Roger’s. I had cell and home internet services both on auto pay. Come June when I look at my bank statements I see they are still charging me, so I called them up, and asked what was going on. They assure me it was an accident and they would fix it. Well a couple more months go by and now it’s August. They are still billing me. Router has already been confirmed returned and I have told them to cancel my services 2 times. So on the 3rd call they apologize, assure me any charges after April 22 would be reversed and actually shut off my services. Well today I find they did not reverse the charges and sent the bill for 4 months of service that I did not use to COLLECTIONS! I strongly advise anyone to steer clear of Roger’s or any of its subsidiaries like your life depends on it!
