Bait and Switch

I moved from AT&T to a free trial on US Mobile, lured by an introductory rate of $199/yr for the Unlimited Premium plan. When I tried to sign up for the year, I saw a much higher rate. In a web chat, a supervisor agreed to give me the $199 rate. I asked twice to confirm it was for the Unlimited Premium plan, and he confirmed. After the change went through, he switched to begin referring to the Starter plan. When We appealed, his promise was characterized as a “miscommunication” and they refuse to honor the agreement reached in the chat. How to resolve this? Is this typical of US Mobile? I have screenshots of the discussion.
