I had lice about half a year ago and I bagged up some stuffed animals in a ziplock and asked my parents to put them in the wash for me at the fine since I was afraid to touch it (severe lice phobia and contamination ocd)(they forgot to) and they’ve been sitting in a ziplock since and I just put them through the wash. Are they safe and clean from all the bugs now? this is a dumb question but I just want to be a 100% safe.

I’m 19 and I started taking Aurovela 1-20 birth control pills and I get muscle aches and pain in the most random places like my leg and shoulder blades, has anyone had any similar experiences?
I don’t know if this is the right place to talk about this, but I just started the birth control patch a little over a month ago, and it’s making me feel like shit. It’s been making me cramp, really sore, and giving me a lot of upper body pain and made me throw up a while back. I know it’s normal to need to adjust for the first few months but I feel horrible and alone about this. Is this normal and has anyone else felt this way on the patch?
