I have a Herman miller Aeron in size B that I’ve been rocking for some time now. The past 1-2 years (ever since I moved out of my parents’) I’ve been having slight leg/knee weakness when doing everyday tasks (no pain but I’d say it is somewhat noticeable sometimes while doing day-day things like standing or brushing my teeth).
I’m going to PT now to work on my hip tightness but in terms of everyday lifestyle I’m trying to pinpoint what has caused it lately, so I don’t have to spend $$$ to go back to PT once my sessions have concluded lol. Maybe it’s the way I sit or simply my chair isn’t really fitting my work style anymore (I used to be in-office everyday in a different setup, now I’m 100% WFH).
I’m going to try to utilize my standing desk more and rotate sitting/standing more (I probably rotate only 3-4 times at most a day) to alleviate the tightness. But wondering if I should just get a different chair so that I could endure sitting a little longer. Not to say sitting is uncomfortable per se but I am wondering if it is actually causing my hip tightness.
Primarily using this to couch game. Wondering what others have been using the cube for? What apps have you installed to the ‘desktop’? Instantly I think of streaming platforms but that’s already built into my TV (Hulu, Crunchyroll, etc)

Switch has no issues, no visible dents or scratches on the console; it's been kept in fairly good condition (only brought out to travel a handful of times, otherwise its normally docked/at home for couch gaming). Decal can be removed upon request.

So he just played the new Remk ID at edc. I feel like only people who are connected to RemK or the SD water boys have this ID. The fact that he played it maybe means they connected somehow? Could be bc viper is billed to be playing Niteharts?
