After paying debt collector, license becomes Active again.

I didn't pay for last year's fee and in my.anydesk 2 I remember seeing it says our license/contract was teminated, a yellow exclamation mark.

Last month, I received mails from Debtist asking me for ~150% payment because I didn't pay the fee. I forgot to cancel before 30 days, and then didn't pay Anydesk. Before Debtist contacting me, I am sure that anydesk's website says my license is terminated. I paid what Debtist said and I thought that's it. We both go our own ways from now on.

Today I received email saying Anydesk is still not receiving my payments, bla bla bla, and then I go to their site I saw my license becomes Active again!

I thought our contract was terminated and that was it? They even sold my personal data to debt collectors already! I paid the collectors and I don't want any trouble anymore! How is this acceptable in Germany?

I tried to cancel my subscription, but their website only says "contact our support" and delete account always returns Internal 500 Error.

I've reported this in my email, along with statements that I wish to cancel my subscription and ask the company to delete my account forever, twice in their website form and through email to their accountservice thingy. I will keep my sent copies.

If Anydesk doesn't reply and if later in this year I still get payment request for next license, what should I do? Is there any legal organizations in Germany can help? I am foreigner. Please, I am willing to sue this company to bankrupt.
