I want to go to manipur Imphal next year. I have a few friends there that I want to go visit, but do I require a Protected area permit or not? Since the information on google is very outdated and is it even possible to go as a solo traveller since online it says you require to travel in a group to get this permit? Does anyone know more about this? Because I get mixed information.
