Exclusion from Course due to smell

I need help.
I’ve been excluded for over a month and now been informed I will not be able to finish my course this year as I was supposed to.
Other than the blatant discrimination that’s gone on I am looking for legal help to action a negligence case against the Uni as failure to follow their own policies has been the cause of me not being able to finish the course.

I can’t suffer another year as a student trying to live easy travel distance to campus. I’m a mature age student with legitimate, physical disability with allergies/ intolerances to nearly all anti inflammatory and pain treatment options.
I don’t consume on campus or for the 2 days of class I have.

The claim is safety related because I work around dangerous machinery but 1) all equipment has extensive safety measures in place and is designed to be safe to use by a plethora of skill sets or lack of, of mostly 19yr olds. I’ve literally been working with ACTUAL heavy and dangerous equipment and driving heavy vehicles in employment for 3 x longer than my classmates have been able to tie their own shoelaces- these weirdos are describing tasks that carry the same danger as making tea and toast as if it’s bomb diffusion….and have included machine use that I have not and will not be using before the course end.

I have recordings of meetings and everything else in email but as it stands, I still don’t know when I will be allowed back and what will be required to make that happen.

Until then, I am officially still on an extended suspension with a no contact order because one person said I smelled strongly of cannabis and from that it was disclosed that I have a prescription- clear admission of no incident having ever occurred or been suspected or alleged.

What is flair? 🌳🤷‍♀️🕺🕺
