


Waited months for the Kana bed; it arrived with structural damage to the rail, and support is not fairly compensating for the damage and wait time.

Ok, support is only offering a small flat amount to settle this. The bed is useless with this broken rail. I have the skills and tools to fix it structurally, but cosmetically, it will always be damaged, significantly reducing its retail value. I have been told that, given the massive three-month delay and the severe damage to a premium item, their current cash offer is way too low. Tired of the long wait.
To the community: Should we wait out another long backorder for a replacement part, accept their low cash offer and just fix it myself, or return the whole thing for a full refund and buy a frame locally?
