I’ve figured out most of the functionality of the pen but the one issue I’m having is I need to lower the temp below the normal range for PLA. The manual says that it’s supposedly capable of lower temps but I’ve had difficulty figuring out how to change the presets. I reached out to Sanago on their YouTube channel, as well as reaching out to the eBay seller that I purchased from and haven’t heard back on either front. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I set up my Zune and connected to Xune but I can’t access any of my music. The device is listed as Guest and basically the software makes it look like there’s nothing on the device. Did I miss something.
