Alletra + object storage tiering, anyone done this combo?

Looking at pairing HPE Alletra for our hot/primary tier with an S3-compatible object storage layer underneath for everything that doesn't need flash performance. The capacity economics on flash alone don't work for us at our data volumes, but we don't want to give up Alletra for the workloads that actually benefit from it.

Cloudian's the platform that's come up most in this context since they've got documented integration patterns with Alletra specifically, letting the flash tier stay smaller by tiering cold data off automatically. Has anyone actually run this in production long enough to know if the tiering logic is smart about what's genuinely "cold" versus just infrequently touched?

Should i actually go for RE specific CRM or generic will work fine?

I have been going back and forth with this. i thought of starting with generic crm like Salesforce but as per the suggestion from my business friends, i should go with dedicated real estate crm as it already has list stacking, drip campaign and buyer management built for this exact business. what's everyone else running? I am genuinely curious if i am missing something.

Best Free Classic Learning Test Practice Resources? Need Recommendations

Hey everyone, I’m preparing for the CLT and trying to find the best free practice resources that actually match the real exam difficulty. I’ve come across a few websites and sample PDFs, but it’s hard to tell which ones are genuinely useful and which are too easy or unrealistic. I want to focus on materials that can help improve my Verbal, Grammar, and Math sections effectively.

For those who’ve taken the CLT or are currently studying, what free resources would you recommend? Are there any practice tests, study guides, or prep platforms that helped you the most? I’d really appreciate honest suggestions before I spend too much time on the wrong material.
