The hiring manager has been reviewing for almost 5 days, is this normal, or have I not got the role? Has anyone else been offered a contract recently?

This was my first project, and I'm super sad it was paused so early on. I've now recieved an email to say my contract has ended, and the project will be ending. I'm worried that this is because of something I've done? I've since had 20+ rejections 😞 I also can't access the slack channel.
