I signed up for Uber rides (already had Uber Eats) and uploaded all required documents on April 18.

•	Completed everything including background check consent(uploaded to uber)

•	Uber support kept saying “1–3 business days”

•	I contacted support DAILY (calls + chat)

•	Every agent said “it’s escalated”

After 10+ days, they told me to contact the background check company (Triton).

👉 I contacted Triton, and they confirmed:

Uber NEVER sent any background check request.

So for 10–12 days, support has been giving false information.

Now:

•	Chat agents end the conversation without resolving anything

•	No supervisor available

•	No timeline

•	No accountability

I depend on this as my only income and I’ve been unable to work for almost 2 weeks.

Has anyone faced this?

How do you force Uber to actually process your background check?

Can anyone help me with this in any way please? Im under a lot of debt and I dont know what to do, I have to loans to pay for mt car emi’s and insurance as well.
