I am nearly 11 weeks post-surgery. When I am up and walking or even sitting, my knee barely hurts. But when I am lying in bed, it feels hot and tight (like a tight band around it), and the nerve zingers start. I'm also more aware of the numbness in my lower leg when I am in bed. I can sleep all right if I put a soft pillow between my legs with the surgery leg on top. But these symptoms are no fun, and I'm anxious for them to go away? Will they?
