Hi,

We’ve currently booked a one-way ticket to Lisbon and are planning the following itinerary:

• 2 days in Lisbon
• 2 days in Porto
• 3 days in the Algarve
• 2 days in Silves
• 3 days in Barcelona

Do you think this is enough time to cover these places, or would you recommend skipping Spain and spending the entire trip exploring Portugal?

Could you also suggest a good itinerary based on this plan? We’d love to know how you would divide the days and which places are worth visiting.

What is the difference in between these two in terms of sound absorption ?

There is an gym above my floor and we get lot of sound and vibration when someone throws the dumbbell or do deadlift.

We have been considering to do some treatment on our ceiling to reduce the sound and have called few vendors. Possible options which we could understand is

1. MLV sheet on the ceiling and then bass bloc layer
2. Rockwool layer only

I know the best thing to do would be in the flooring of the gym but we don't know when that will happen and this is delaying our project.

What would be the best treatment to do to reduce the noise?

We are getting married in november second week and our planning our honey moon. We wanted to do croatia but it would be cold there so we have next shirlisted spain or Portugal as it wont be do cold compared to rest of europe.

Are there any other designations that we can consider ?

We are from India and America is out if scope due to high flight tickets.

I took a trial at 21fitness today, and it felt a little old (as it's a three-year-old gym). It was also more crowded compared to Jetts.

I went around 12 o'clock. Can any current members tell me how crowded this gym is around 8:30 PM?
