Hey everyone! I’ve been on this since January. I took 0.25 mg for the first month, switched to 0.5 mg in February, and have been sticking with 0.5 mg ever since. The official recommendation is to increase the dose every 4 weeks, but most doctors (and I personally as well) think it’s nonsense to keep upping the dose as long as the lower one is still working, since you’ll reach the maximum dose of 2.4 mg very quickly, leaving no room to go higher if 2.4 mg isn’t enough anymore, and you end up wasting a lot of money since you can’t increase the dose further—plus the maximum dose costs just under €300 instead of ~€200. My progress has slowed down over time, though. Some days I don’t feel any Wegovy effect, other days I feel it strongly and often skip meals. Generally, I lost 7–8 kg per month at first, then 4–5 kg, and now only about 2 kg per month. I’m now wondering if I should increase the dose or wait until I stop losing weight altogether? Did you experience a “boost” in weight loss when you increased the dose? And do you have any experience with intermediate doses, such as 0.75 mg or 1.3 mg? Did you notice a difference there, or only after following the official recommendations (0.25; 0.5; 1; 1.7; 2.4)?

I‘m currently at week 12 and I still have 1 dosage left for week 13. I‘m a bit unsure if I‘m gonna use it or if I‘m getting rid of it. For me personally I have set a limit of 12 weeks. What about you, what are your experiences with the longevity of these pens?
