VW swords
Anyone ever have any bother WITH VW swords?
Keep getting calls to see am I interested in an upgrade or how I’m getting on but I sold the car 3 years ago.
I bought a polo from them about 4 years ago.
The salesperson told me to collect the spare key a few days later as they didn’t have it on the day I was collecting the car. I went back two or three weeks later to collect the key and found that the salesperson had left and got a job somewhere else as I emailed him and he said he had moved jobs. No key was ever found in their store and they said they would get back to me. After numerous calls and visits I only ever got told that they’d get back to me. When I said I had to sell the car and need the spare key urgently after hassling them for a year they told me to come in during the week and they will make me a spare key. I didn’t bother going as it’s over an hour drive each way with tolls and I’d have to take a day off from my annual leave so I took the hit and lost €200 when I sold my car as I wasn’t selling it with a spare key.
Anyone else have any hassle with them?
I’d say I got around 4 calls or more to ask me how I’m getting on and if I want an upgrade and everytime I tell them I sold the car I bought from them.
