Hi, possible po kaya na to follow na lang muna ang TOR kapag nag-apply for JO or COS position sa government? Fresh graduate po ako and CSE passer since 2023. As of now, diploma pa lang po ang available proof of graduation ko while waiting for the release of my TOR.
