URGENT: Looking for IR Expert / Researcher on Strait of Hormuz for IMRaD (Deadline Tomorrow)

Hi everyone, we’re urgently looking for an International Relations expert, professor, or anyone with credible research/publications in the field of International Relations, specifically about the Strait of Hormuz.

We’re currently working on an IMRaD paper and our original informant just cancelled on very short notice. Our submission deadline is tomorrow, so we’re really hoping to find someone who might be available for a quick interview or even brief written responses (chat/email would already be a big help).

We’re focusing on:

  1. Geopolitical importance of the Strait of Hormuz
  2. Maritime security and international trade (especially oil routes)
  3. Regional tensions and international relations dynamics
  4. Any relevant published studies or expert perspectives

If you are an IR scholar/researcher or know someone in this field, we would really appreciate your help or referral. Even pointing us to reliable authors or publications would already mean a lot.

Thank you so much in advance—this is really urgent for our requirement.

Hi everyone, I just want to ask for advice.

My midterm grade is 19 (Numerical Equivalent). After midterms, we had 3 quizzes for FA. Honestly, di ako very confident sa karamihan, although I got 5/10 in one quiz.

For our finals, our professor gave us a task na sabi niya parang “give-away” grade since around 70–80% of the batch is failing (F). This task counts as 1 FA and also our SA for finals, so super big part siya ng grade namin.

I feel like I might still pass if we get a high or almost perfect score in that task (like 98% or above), pero ang problem is we won’t know the result before the dropping deadline on May 9.

Right now, I’m really torn kasi hindi ako confident sa past FAs ko, tapos nakadepende mostly yung passing ko sa finals task, pero kailangan ko mag-decide before knowing the outcome.

I can share more details if needed, but I’m not comfortable naming my professor kasi I don’t want it to be unfair without full context.

I just want to ask honestly, may chance pa ba ako pumasa or mas safe na mag-drop na lang?

Also, ano po ba difference if F ako sa card vs if mag-drop ako? Parang same lang kasi sila on my end pero not sure.

Any advice would really help. Please don’t judge po.ty
