Hello, I'm writing this using translation. I own a 360mm Panorama SE. I really like it and I don't have any problems with cooling. However, there's a situation. When the KANALI application is open, my CPU seems almost 10 degrees hotter. I checked a thread and noticed that adding the KANALI software as a process in Defender reduces the temperature. But the main problem I'm experiencing is this: when I enter a game with the KANALI application open, there is definitely FPS stuttering.
It's especially noticeable in FPS games. When I move my mouse left and right, there are small, momentary micro-drops or stutters, perhaps visible, perhaps not. I tried Windows' productivity mode, I tried running it with only 2 cores allocated to KANALI, but the problem always persists when the KANALI software is open. It mostly stutters due to the sudden increase in CPU usage. When I close KANALI, all the problems disappear.
When I contacted KANALI customer service, they said they would report this for a new update. They said they could provide a solution to the high CPU usage, and I hope they can. It's a really nice cooling system and I really like it, but when we have to close the software, the screen also turns off, rendering it useless. Has anyone else experienced this, or am I the only one?
